Ritual at the end of the day; acknowledgment and cutting ties

At the end of the day we have a short ritual to end the day, welcome the night and prepare for the next day.

It is about appreciating and thanking the creator for the past, present and future, in which we give thanks for what we have and all that we will receive. Then a ritual cord / ties cutting, followed by the 'Our Father'.

It takes a few minutes, and most of the time, at the end, Suria, peacefully, is already asleep. Any state of agitation calms down after maximum of the second step.

Obviously, the mood is calm, the intention, the voice, the rhythm and the energy is one of peace, calmness and gratitude. As in all rituals, advisable and best is to speak out loud, with voice. Air has to move, to emit. 

First we thank God with a formula that, like all this ritual, made its way to us over time. Best both out loud, but if Suria is shy or asleep, I say out loud and she in my mind.

"Lord Great God, Heavenly Father, I thank You for all what I, from you, receive, look, think, speak and live!

Lord, Great God, Heavenly Father, I thank You for the day that has passed and for all the days until now!

Lord, Great Lord, thank you for this night with a long, smooth, deep, restful sleep, in perfect safety and with many beautiful dreams! And teachings!

And Lord, I thank you for tomorrow, and all the days to come, in which I receive from you Guidance and Protection and Support! And Love! "

Then we cut the links:

[We can ask / invoke help: "Saint Michael, I call you now and here and, with your sword of fire, help me to cut all the bonds and ties that need to be cut!"]

The formula is not fixed. What it must contain, however, is the intention to cut any link – energy cord that can affect our state of freedom. These bonds are formed through any interaction with any type of being. The strongest are the ties with parents, with current or 'former' partners. Then I can follow those whom I consider, at various stages, 'authority' in various fields and contexts. Concluding with those with whom, perhaps, we just crossed our eyes this day.

The existence of these energy cords ('connections') makes it possible for energies that do not belong to us to reach us and we do not know what to do with them. We just have and manifest emotions and behaviours that we don't know where they come from; obvious, they are not ours. Or, somewhat similarly, to be robbed of our own energy, so necessary to us, weakening us for no apparent reason. Bonds that have love at their core stay put - they cannot be broken, and are the first to be rebuilt when needed. All others can be, more or less easily, removed.

Our formula is:

"Lord, Great Lord, here and now I cut all ties between me and anyone else or anything else! All ties are cut now! Ties to any kind, any time, any where and any way! All ties are cut now!

Bonds with people, animals, with beings seen or unseen, with body or without body, with name or without a name, thoughts, things or circumstances; all ties are cut now!"

We can be even more specific:

"Ties, bonds and cords from this world or from other worlds, from this life or other lives, from this plane or other planes, from this time or other times, from this reality or other realities, from this dimension or other dimensions, so that everyone can live for their ultimate good and their mission, harmoniously and divinely integrated! All ties are cut now!"

"Thank you!"

Then Suria and Vanessa say, if still awake, 'Angel, My Angel', and I say, assisted by them, 'Our Father'.

After which we wish each other 'Sleep well!', 'Good night!' and ... this is our end of day ritual!

• Our version for 'Our Father' is the one with "... our bread for living ..." and "... lead us not into temptation ...".
• Suria's version of "Angel, My Angel" is "... and teach me to be good! ..."
• Thoughts, in the above understanding, include programming & values ​​(own and accepted), oaths, promises, covenants and beliefs. Usually those are those (self) harming us, and putting ourselves in our own way of growth, progression, evolution.
